Refund policy
This policy describes the refund rules for the Paddle subscription flow.
Effective date: May 8, 2026
1. Trial and first payment
First-time subscribers may request a refund within 14 days of the first payment if they are not satisfied.
Refunds may be refused for abuse, repeated purchases and refunds, fraud, or heavy use that is inconsistent with a good-faith trial.
2. Renewals
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a billing error occurred.
3. Annual plans
Annual plans are discounted compared with monthly billing. Partial refunds for unused time are not provided unless required by law or approved as an exception.
4. How to request a refund
Refunds are at the discretion of our Merchant of Record (Paddle) on a case-by-case basis. Please visit paddle.net if you believe you have a justifiable reason for a refund. You can learn more about Paddle's refund and dispute policies in Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions.
5. Refund amount variations
The amount refunded to you may differ from the amount originally paid due to the following reasons:
- Tax adjustments: Taxes collected at the time of purchase will be recalculated, and any changes in tax rates or laws may affect the refund amount.
- Currency fluctuations: If you are in a different currency zone, fluctuations in exchange rates between the time of purchase and refund will change the amount.
- Processing fees: Some transactions may include non-refundable processing fees.
